Drug dealer jailed
A drug dealer who was caught with a large amount of cocaine and heroin in his Enfield home has been jailed.
Officers from the Eastern Region Special Operations Unit (ERSOU) carried out at warrant at Kim Lue’s address in Uckfield Road on 31 July.
They discovered crack cocaine with a street value of £9,565 and £697 worth of heroin. A number of texts relating to the supply of drugs were also recovered from his phone.
Lue, 26, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply, cocaine, heroin and cannabis, offering to supply cocaine and cannabis and being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis.
He was jailed for a total of six years and nine months at St Albans Crown Court on Friday (30 October).
Detective Sergeant David Skarratts from the ERSOU Enforcement Team said: “Lue was involved in a considerable drugs supply chain.
“We will not tolerate the supply of drugs which causes misery and associated criminality to communities across the eastern region. This case should serve as a warning of the consequences for anyone involved in such crime."
